Abbey View Access Statement
The car park is situated a few metres from the front door accessed by three steps or via the pavement and through the front gate which would then avoid these steps. There is plenty of room to open car doors and boots.
On arrival at the main building there are three steps - this leads you into the hallway and information area. Doorways to flats lead off this hallway.
Flats 1, 2 and 8 are located on the ground floor of the main building. Flat 8 also has one step leading from the bedrooms and lounge down to the kitchen and toilet.
Flats 3 and 4 are on the first floor and therefore not suitable for wheelchair use.
Flat 5 is located on the second floor via a further staircase.
Flat 6 has a separate entrance which is accessed from the garden and has two steps which if entering from the pavement would be the only steps.
Flat 7 has a separate entrance from the garden and is accessed via an exterior metal staircase.
